Actor Kangana Ranaut recently sparked curiosity online after videos of her leaving Mumbai’s Gaiety Galaxy theatre surfaced on social media. Dressed in simple kurta look with mangalsutra and green bangles, the actor instantly fuelled speculation among fans, with many wondering whether she had secretly gotten married. However it is now known that the actress was shooting in Mumbai and as she left post the shoot, she did not have the time to change. A source told Hindustan Times, “Kangana has started shooting for Queen 2 in Mumbai and she was in Gaiety when she had to rush. She had to visit a dentist and didn’t get any time to change her costume. She is not married, that was just part of her look.”The insider further clarified, “She had no idea that paparazzi were waiting outside and didn’t have time to explain anything.”The update confirms that Kangana has officially begun work on ‘Queen 2’, the sequel to her successful 2013 film Queen. While her character in the original film never tied the knot, the recent look suggests her role in the sequel may portray a married woman.Production on the film reportedly began toward the end of April. The sequel is expected to continue exploring themes of self-discovery and independence, though it is not likely to directly continue the earlier storyline. Unlike the first film, which was largely filmed in Paris, Queen 2 is expected to be shot across multiple locations in India.
