The situation started when Trevv grabbed ChudTheBuilder’s hat while both were outside on the streets. Videos of the moment quickly spread across X and livestream clips, leading to threats, police claims, and FBI comments from both sides. ChudTheBuilder later accused Trevv of “aggravated robbery and battery” in a social media post. He claimed the hat was part of his person because he was wearing it when it was taken. He also accused Trevv of carrying a weapon during the incident. In clips shared online, Trevv repeatedly mocked ChudTheBuilder and referenced his personal life while running from him.Later, Trevv uploaded another video showing himself holding the hat. In the clip, he told ChudTheBuilder to “come get it back” and warned that the robbery was “just the beginning.” He also posted another message online that appeared to describe the incident as “Phase 1” of a larger plan.The post read:“Phase 1 is complete… I just took the hat off the biggest ***’s head!.. This is just the *** beginning, Phase 2 starts tomorrow, 8 p.m eastern!”After the videos spread online, ChudTheBuilder posted his own response on X. He accused Trevv of assault and robbery and claimed the situation became more serious because Trevv allegedly admitted to carrying a weapon.ChudTheBuilder wrote:“He assaulted me when he stole that hat, as anything on my body is considered part of my person.
