Ella Bleu Travolta, who has just featured in her father’s directorial debut, recently opened up about what her parents were like growing up. During the interview, she shared that they were extremely supportive of whatever she wished to do in her life.

While talking to PEOPLE, she stated that her parents, John Travolta and her mother, the late Kelly Preston, were some of the biggest influences in her life and were her biggest supporters. She shared that “He was always very supportive. He and my mom were always supportive of whatever I wanted to do. So even if I decided to do something else in the end, they would have been supportive of that, too.”She also added that despite everything, she feels that her parents were happy because she genuinely cared for and enjoyed acting as a career and that they all shared that love. She added, “But I think that they were happy because they enjoy this job so much, and I have an equal love for it. So I think that they were just happy that I enjoyed doing something that much.”
About ‘Propeller One-Way Night Coach’
Travolta recently starred in her father, John Travolta’s, directorial debut film, ‘Propeller One-Way Night Coach.’ Set during the golden age of aviation, the premise of the film follows a young airplane enthusiast and his mother as they set out on a cross-country trip on their plane to Hollywood. The synopsis for the film reads, “Their simple flight transforms into the trip of a lifetime.” The film is also based on Travolta’s very own children’s book that he had published years ago.While talking about working on the film with her father, the 25-year-old shared that “My dad let me be a part of a lot of the creative aspects of the film, which was so nice, and we would kind of lean on each other with advice and run everything by each other. So it was just magnificent.” She plays the role of Doris, the flight attendant.
