Dileep Raj, actor and producer in the Kannada film industry, passed away in the early hours of Wednesday after suffering a heart attack. He was 47.As reported by NDTV, family members stated that Dileep experienced a massive cardiac arrest and was rushed to a hospital. Despite immediate medical attention, doctors were unable to revive him.

Dileep Raj became widely known for his performance alongside Puneeth Rajkumar in the 2007 Kannada hit ‘Milana’.The film played a major role in introducing him to a broader audience. Following its success he went on to appear in numerous films and television projects.
